Hi dear WG seekers, if you want to experience the ultimate WG life in 2 great 4er WG combinations, you are exactly right with us. Our WG is in a bit of a transition right now, so some are moving out and a few people are staying and looking for new roommates.

Those who stay are us, a nice bunch of students and employees: Daniel (23) from the Czech Republic, Marcel (27) from Frankfurt, Nikeet (19) from Hamburg, Klara (20) from Osnabrück, Sven (32) from Leipzig and Mario (28) from Colombia.

In our free time we like to be active in sports and like to go surfing, skiing, play football and tennis, basketball and volleyball. Equestrian sport is also an issue for us. But we also like to meet friends, go partying, darts and play billiards, are interested in art, theater musicals and like to go to the cinema. Enjoy cooking in our large communal kitchen and sitting together for a beer or two. In summer we like to barbecue in our garden behind the house where the landlord has built a super cozy covered seating area. We are not a shared flat and would be happy if you stay at least 6 months.

Room

The apartment in which the offered room is located is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, in a quiet street in Hamburg Heimfeld.
The apartment extends over the entire floor and is thus divided into 2 WGs, á 4 residents, with their own entrances, which share a large common room / kitchen-living room.

Your room is wonderfully light-flooded and 17 m2 in size. Since it is unfurnished, you can set it up and design it according to your own wishes and needs.

The 8 rooms as well as the large common room with integrated kitchen and the 2 bathrooms were extensively renovated in March 2021.

You don't have to worry about utilities. They are as access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Landline flat) included in the rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly beautiful location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connections are very good and the distances to the facilities for daily needs are short. Bakers, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate vicinity. For the big shopping trip you drive to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you do not feel like having your own backyard, you can reach local recreation areas such as the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" from the apartment in Heimfeld on short distances. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the "Haake" in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg-Heimfeld is also within walking distance and takes you in a few minutes to the city center of Hamburg.
