Hello everyone! We have two rooms available!

We are Güney (22), Rouven (20), Sebastian (26), Finn (20), Alieks (18) and Palma (22). In our free time we like to do sports, go to the gym, play soccer or just go for a walk ⚽🏃‍♂️. But we also like to meet up with friends, party, go to the movies or relax with Netflix 🎬. Some of us also enjoy reading or being creative, and we love cooking together 🍝🎨. Activities such as volleyball, hiking, dancing, rowing, jogging and cycling are also always popular with us 🚴‍♂️🏐.

Room

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg-Heimfeld. It covers the entire floor and is divided into two shared flats, each with four residents. Both shared flats have their own entrances, but share a large communal room with an eat-in kitchen - perfect for evenings together!

Your future room is flooded with light and is 17 m² in size. As it is unfurnished, you can design it entirely according to your own wishes.

The apartment was extensively renovated in March 2021, including the eight rooms, the two bathrooms and the large living area with kitchen.

Service charges? No stress! They are already included in the rent - as are TV, internet (WLAN & network) and a landline flat rate.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.

The public transport connections are very good and the distances to the facilities for daily needs are short. Bakeries, pharmacies, doctors, banks etc. are in the immediate vicinity. For a big shopping trip, you can drive to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't fancy the building's own backyard (there is a separate "hut" for the residents of the shared flat to barbecue and smoke), you can reach local recreation areas such as Heimfelder Forst and Meyers Park within a short distance of the apartment. By car, you can reach the Schwarze Berge and the Haake in just a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance.

- S3 or S31 from the Harburg Rathaus stop will take you to the main station in around 20 minutes.
- S3 or S31 to Altona in about 25 minutes.
