Hello everyone. We have rooms available from now until 01.10. and we are looking for you...

We are a nice bunch of students and employees: Sebastian, Ruven, Fynn, Nico and Parsa.

In our free time, we like to be active and go to the gym, play football or just go for a walk. When the weather is nice, we sometimes take the motorcycle out. We also like to meet up with friends, go partying and sometimes go to the movies. We are musical by composing and playing the piano. Some of us also like to read or watch Netflix. We like to cook in our large communal kitchen and sometimes sit together for a beer or two. In summer, we like to barbecue in our garden behind the house where the landlord has built a communal, covered seating area.
We don't want to be a community of convenience, but rather a nice community of people who fit together well, are likeable and open-minded, as all the flatmates in the house interact with each other and have a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Room

The apartment in which the room on offer is located is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg Heimfeld.
The apartment extends over the entire floor and is thus divided into 2 shared flats, 4 residents with their own entrances, who share a large communal room / kitchen.

Your room is wonderfully light-flooded and 17 m² in size. As it is unfurnished, you can furnish and design it entirely according to your own wishes and needs.

The 8 rooms as well as the large common room with integrated kitchen and the 2 bathrooms were extensively renovated in March 2021.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are included in the rent, as is access to TV, internet (network and WiFi) and telephone (incl. landline flat rate).

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within easy reach.
The public transport connections are very good and the distances to everyday amenities are short. B��cker, pharmacy, doctors, banks etc. are in the immediate vicinity. For a big shopping trip, head to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't fancy the building's own backyard (where there is a separate barbecue and smoking area for the residents of the shared flat), you can reach local recreational areas such as the Heimfelder Forst and Meyers Park within a short distance of the apartment. By car you can reach the "Schwarze Berge" and the "Haake" in just a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also easily accessible and takes you to Hamburg city center in just a few minutes.
