A room is becoming available in our beautiful 3-person shared flat and we are looking for you...

We are Maximilian and Pascal. We both have jobs and our hobbies include playing soccer, golf, basketball and cycling. We also like to go out together or with our friends and go to the movies. Our community is not a purpose-built flat share and is characterized by a nice coexistence. We are therefore looking for a friendly and open-minded person with a healthy sense of cleanliness. All the apartments in our house are shared apartments and we all have good contact with each other. When the weather is good, we often meet in the garden and sit together comfortably.

Room

The room offered in this ad has 16sqm and is unfurnished.

The flat share is located on the first floor of an apartment building.

The 3 rooms as well as the large common room with integrated kitchen and the bathroom are just completely renovated.

Service charges do not apply and are included in the flat rate rent. Likewise, access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) is included in the flat-rate rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip one drives to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like having your own garden, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.
