We are Maximilian (26) and Sophie (32), both working. Our hobbies include soccer, golf, basketball and cycling. We also enjoy going out with friends, going to the movies or spending time together.

Our flat share is not a functional flat share, but is characterized by a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. That's why we're looking for a friendly, open-minded person with a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Especially cool: All the apartments in our building are shared apartments and we have good contact with each other. When the weather is good, we often meet in the garden and enjoy the evening together.

The flat share is located on the first floor of an apartment building.

The 3 rooms as well as the large common room with integrated kitchen and the bathroom are just completely renovated.

Service charges do not apply and are included in the flat rate rent. Likewise, access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) is included in the flat-rate rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip one drives to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like having your own garden, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.
