We’re Finn (26), Matthias (27), Aslan (26) starting September 1, Clement (22) starting October 1, and Nasr (27)—a diverse group that not only lives together but also enjoys doing things together 🎉

In our free time, we’re active—whether playing soccer, running, or swimming ⚽
And when we’re in the mood for something a little more laid-back, we love to cook, bake, read, draw, or play the guitar 🍳

The shared apartment and the room being offered are located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building—on a quiet street in Hamburg-Heimfeld, very close to the TUHH 🏡

Your bright room is 15 square meters. Since it’s unfurnished, you can furnish and decorate it exactly as you wish and according to your needs

The built-in kitchen is fully equipped: with a dishwasher, a large side-by-side refrigerator, and a counter where you can all wind down together in the evening 🍷

💸 Utilities? Don’t worry!
Everything is already included in the flat-rate rent—including TV and internet (Wi-Fi & network) 📶

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld—in a particularly beautiful and quiet area, just a few minutes’ walk from the TUHH 🎓 and the center of Hamburg-Harburg.

Public transportation is great: The Hamburg-Heimfeld S-Bahn station is about a 5-minute walk away 🚉. From there, you can reach Hamburg Central Station in just about 12 minutes—perfect for getting into the city quickly! 🚆

Everything you need for daily life is practically right around the corner: bakeries, pharmacies, doctors’ offices, supermarkets, banks—everything is within walking distance.
And if you’re in the mood for a bigger shopping trip, head over to the Phoenix Center in Harburg 🛍️

Do you love nature? Then you’ve come to the right place! 🌳
In addition to the building’s own garden (in case you don’t feel like leaving the house), you can also quickly reach beautiful local recreation areas like the Heimfelder Forest or Meyers Park.
By car, you can also reach the “Schwarze Berge” or the beautiful “Haake” forest area in just a few minutes.
