Furnished WG-room with 9 sqm living space in a nice 7-person WG to 01.10. in Hamburg Heimfeld

Moin dear seekers. With us two rooms, one with, one without furniture, become free and we are looking for you ;-)

We are Dana-Marie (22), Lukas (25), Konrad (22), Tom (24) and Joanna (21).

We would be happy to meet open-minded and nice people. Everyone does his or her own thing, but mutual consideration is important to us. We all like to be out with our friends and discover the city. We are sporty in that we like hiking, playing soccer and squash or sailing. Swim, run or go for a walk and are happy if you also bring some hobbies to the WG. We are a bunch of students and employees, like to sit together in our big kitchen, cook and drink the one or other beer or wine and organize game nights. When the weather is nice, we often have a barbecue in our own garden or just sit together.

Room

The 7 room apartment is located in the attic of an old multi-family house, in a quiet street, not far from the TUHH in Hamburg Heimfeld. The attic was converted and renovated at the beginning of last year. 'Your' room has about 9 sqm, is bright and flooded with light.
Since it is furnished, there is no stress buying furniture. Just unpack your bags and live ;-) Get ready, whether for work or the evening, is in one of the 2 shower bathrooms. The large communal kitchen has a seating area to end the day together. To relax and unwind under the open sky, invites the own garden, the apartment building. This can be used by all tenants of the house.

You do not have to worry about the service charges. They are included in the rent, as well as access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip one drives to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like having your own garden, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Schwarzen Berge" and the "Haake" in a few minutes.

The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in about 15 minutes, in the center of Hamburg.
