👋 Hello future flatmates,
we are Paul (20), Lisa (21), Marie (21), Kai (25), Vanessa (23) and Anna-Lena (19) - and we live together in a colorful, lively 7-person flat share 🏡✨. A room will be available soon, and maybe you'll be the perfect addition to our group? 😊

Our flat share consists of six open-minded, friendly people aged between 18 and 26 👥. Most of us are studying - very different things: from music 🎼 to management 💼 to engineering 🔧 and pharmacy 💊, it's all here!

Although we all have our own interests, we love spending time together 🥰. After university or work, we often chill out together - whether it's in the city 🌆 or relaxing at home 🛋️. Then we cook 🍝, play 🎲, chat 🍷 or just laugh together. And yes - sometimes even during the week! 😄
Even university stress is sometimes solved together at the kitchen table 📖💡.

🧼 In our common rooms, we pay attention to cleanliness - as best we can - so that everyone feels comfortable. We are also quite mixed when it comes to sports: whether it's bouldering 🧗‍♀️, soccer ⚽ or Pilates 🧘 - everyone does what they feel like doing!

Incidentally, our house is a real shared flat paradise 🏘️: there are four other shared flats here besides us - we sometimes have a barbecue together in the backyard 🔥 or start something. Even our former flatmates come by regularly - and are of course always welcome 💛.

The 7-room apartment is located on the top floor of a charming old apartment building 🏡 - in a quiet street, very close to the TUHH 🎓. The attic was freshly converted and renovated at the beginning of last year ✨ - so everything is still nice and new!

🛏️ Your room is approx. 9 m² in size, super bright and flooded with light 🌞 - you're guaranteed to feel at home here quickly. And best of all: it's furnished! No stress about lugging around or buying furniture - just unpack your suitcase and start living 🎒➡️🛋️😉

🚿 There are two modern shower rooms for you to start the day (or for relaxed evening styling 💁‍♂️💄) - so there's enough space for everyone!

👩‍🍳 The large communal kitchen with a cozy seating area invites you to cook, eat and chat together 🍝☕🎲 - a great place to end the day together.

🌳 If you fancy some fresh air and relaxation in the open air, your own garden awaits you - a real highlight! It belongs to the house and can be used by all tenants - perfect for sunbathing, coffee outside or a small barbecue ☀️🌭🍃

📍 The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld - in a particularly beautiful and quiet location 🌳, very close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg 🏙️ and the TUHH 🎓, which you can easily reach on foot 👟.

The transport connections are excellent 🚆🚌 - and you'll find everything you need for everyday life just around the corner: bakery 🥐, pharmacy 💊, doctors , banks 🏦 and much more. Fancy a shopping trip? 🛍️ Then head to the Phoenix Center in Harburg - easily accessible and full of possibilities!

If you don't fancy our beautiful garden 🌿, you can be in the countryside in just a few minutes 🍃: the "Heimfelder Forst" 🌲 and "Meyers Park" 🌼 are perfect for walking, jogging or chilling out. You can also reach the "Schwarze Berge" 🐗 and the "Haake" 🚗 by car - perfect for short trips into the countryside!

The S-Bahn station Hamburg-Heimfeld 🚉 is within walking distance and takes you directly to Hamburg city center in no time 🌆 - very relaxed and without changing trains!
