The bright, approx. 15 m² room is unfurnished and offers you plenty of space for your own furnishing ideas 🛏️. The modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine invites you to cook together 🍝 - the adjoining balcony is perfect for a coffee in the morning or relaxing evenings outdoors ☕🌇.

Another highlight is the cozy bathroom with bathtub 🛁 - there's enough space for all your personal belongings 🧴🪥.
