Three rooms are becoming available in our shared flat and we are looking for you!

We are Jakob (25), Tabea (25), and Akshaykumar (26). We are a bunch of students and traditional employees. In our free time we like to be active in sports. The gym, ultimate frisbee, kung fu, video games, soccer and running are all on the agenda. Simply being out and about with friends, reading, listening to music and traveling the world are the other things that interest us.
Maybe you'll bring something else with you ;-)

Room

The apartment is approx. 96 square meters in size and is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building, in a quiet street very close to the TUHH, in Hamburg Heimfeld.
The room is approx. 9 square meters in size and is fully furnished, so all you have to do is unpack your suitcases and move in. Bed, wardrobe, desk, carpet, lights, mirror... everything is already there.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, an extractor hood and has a seating area in the form of a bar where you can end the evening in comfort.
The bathroom is modern, simple and practical: shower area and washbasin. That's all you need to freshen up. If time is of the essence, there is also a modern guest WC.
The highlight of the shared flat is the terrace, which is available to all residents and invites you to relax.

There are no additional service charges. They are included in the stated all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN).

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip one drives to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like having your own garden, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.

If you feel that this suits you and you are between 18 - 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months, then please apply to us. We do not accept pets and it is important to us that you move in alone.
