In our beautiful shared apartment two furnished rooms become free and we are looking for you to 01.12.23 and 01.01.24....

We are Jakob, Sven, Laura and Olivia. We are a fun bunch of students and workers. In our free time we like to be active in sports. Gym, ultimate frisbee, kung-fu, video games, soccer or going for a run are on the agenda here. Just being out and about with friends, reading, listening to music or doing it ourselves e.g. playing the piano, cooking and baking, photography and traveling the world are the other topics that interest us. Maybe you bring something completely different ;-) We are open for everything...

Room

The apartment is a total of about 96 sqm and is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building, in a quiet street very close to the TUHH, in Hamburg Heimfeld.
The entire apartment, with integrated kitchen, and the bathrooms were extensively renovated and completed on 01.10.22.
The room is about 9 sqm and is fully furnished, so you only have to unpack your bags and live. Bed, wardrobe, desk, carpet, lights, mirror.... Everything is already available.
The new fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, above an extractor hood and has a seating area in the form of a counter where you can comfortably end the evening.
The bathroom is modern, simple and practical: shower corner and sink. That's all you need to freshen up. Should time be pressing, there is also a modern guest toilet.
The highlight of the shared apartment is the terrace, which is available to all residents and invites you to relax.

Additional service charges do not apply. They are, like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone with landline flat, included in the stated all-inclusive rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip one drives to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like having your own garden, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.
