17-square-meter unfurnished room in a shared apartment, available starting February 1—near TUHH

A room is available in our shared apartment! 😊

We’re Casey (19), Felix (20), Meinert (21), Rebecca (23), and Akshay (25), and we’re all students. Malte (19) is currently doing a Federal Volunteer Service (BFD) program, and Francisca Chinyere (28) is in an apprenticeship. Together, we make up a diverse and open-minded shared apartment, and we have a room available! 🏡

In our free time, we like to stay active and play sports—whether at the gym, swimming, playing soccer or badminton, hiking, or kickboxing. We also share a passion for music and video games, or we just enjoy spending time with friends. 🎮

Since many of us aren’t from Hamburg, we enjoy exploring the city together and spending a lot of time with each other. We often hang out in our big kitchen, cooking or just chatting. 🍳

There are other shared apartments in the building that we get along with well, and in the summer we love using the barbecue pavilion in the garden 🌞.

We’re looking for a friendly and open-minded person who has a good sense of cleanliness. 🧼 Maybe you’ll even bring a hobby or two with you—or join in on one of ours. 🙂

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in Hamburg-Heimfeld.

The 17 m² room is wonderfully bright. 🌞 Since it’s unfurnished, you can decorate it exactly according to your own wishes, ideas, and needs. 🛋️

The modern built-in kitchen features a dishwasher, a cozy sitting area, and a TV. 📺 The bathroom is equipped with a shower 🚿 and offers plenty of space for all your essentials.

The common area is particularly spacious: the apartment was created by combining two originally separate apartments into one large living unit. As a result, it has two entrances, two closets, two bathrooms, and a large, modern kitchen that offers plenty of space for shared living. 🏡

There are no additional fees—they’re already included in the rent 💸, as is access to TV, internet (wired & Wi-Fi). 📶

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld—in a particularly beautiful and quiet area, just a few minutes’ walk from downtown Harburg and the TUHH. 🏫
Thanks to the nearby Hamburg-Heimfeld S-Bahn station, you can be right in the heart of downtown Hamburg in just a few minutes. 🚉

Everything you need for daily life is also within easy reach: bakeries, pharmacies, doctors’ offices, banks, and many other amenities are right around the corner. For bigger purchases or a shopping trip, the Phoenix Center in Harburg isn’t far away. 🛍️

If you’re looking for some nature and relaxation, you’ve come to the right place: the Heimfeld Forest and Meyers Park are just a short walk away. 🌳 And if you’re in the mood for even more nature, you can reach the Schwarzen Berge or the Haake in just a short drive—perfect for unwinding!

And best of all: if you don’t feel like going out, the on-site garden is also a great place to relax. 🌼
