Hello dear apartment seekers, here a newly renovated new apartment arose last summer. In the house there are already 3 more WGs, it is a nice togetherness but still quiet. Now our dear roommate is moving out and we are looking for someone new. We are Martina (20) Erasmus student from Italy, Lennard (22) also student from Flensburg and Levon (21) FSJler also from Flensburg. In our free time we like to be active, meet friends and explore Hamburg. We are not a flat share that sits constantly on each other, it rather made everyone comfortable his thing. A bit of talking in the kitchen and cooking together but also happens more often. The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is almost right outside the door, as is the TU-Hamburg-Harburg. Bakery, pharmacy, Doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. We would be happy about sympathetic and open-minded people who are interested in a shared flat life and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. Washing machine, dryer and dishwasher available ;)

The ad offered room has approx. 17qm and is Unfurnished.

The WG is located in the 1. OG of an apartment house.

Everything has just been extensively renovated and is fresh and new.

In addition to costs incurred, and are included with the rent. Similarly, access to TV, Internet (network and wireless) and telephone (incl. Landline-Flat) in the rent included.

The S-Bahn-Station Hamburg - Heimfeld is within walking distance. Similarly, the TU-Hamburg-Harburg. Bakery, pharmacy, Doctors, banks etc. are located in the immediate vicinity.
