We are Dustin (23) and Chenuka (27) and are looking for a new flatmate for our shared flat.

In our free time we like to do sports, play soccer, gamble or stream. Living together in a respectful and orderly manner is important to us.

The bright 9 m² room is furnished, so you can move straight in without the stress of shopping - just unpack your suitcase and start living! 🏡

A special highlight of the shared apartment: in addition to a spacious kitchen, there is also a cozy living room. The kitchen has a small seating area and a dishwasher. The living room has a comfortable couch, a TV and a dining area for evenings together.

The bathroom has a large window, a bathtub and plenty of space for your utensils.

The utilities are already included in the all-inclusive rent - as is access to TV, Internet (WLAN) and telephone.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly beautiful location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connections are very good and the distances to the facilities for daily needs are short. Bakeries, pharmacies, doctors, banks etc. are in the immediate vicinity. For a big shopping trip, you can go to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you need to get out and about, you can reach recreational areas such as the "Heimfelder Forst" and "Meyers Park" in Heimfeld within a short distance of the apartment. By car or bike, you can reach the "Schwarze Berge" and the "Haake" in just a few minutes.

The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is directly opposite the house and takes you to Hamburg city center in just a few minutes.
