A room is becoming available in our lovely 3-person shared flat, and we're looking for you!

Who are we?
We are Chenuka (27) and Dustin (23) - a working young person and a student. In our free time we like to meet friends, are interested in soccer and music, do fitness or read a good book from time to time. We are also passionate about gaming and streaming.

Who are we looking for?
You are an open-minded, likeable person who would like to become part of a harmonious shared flat. A healthy sense of cleanliness is important to us, and you might even enrich our flat share with an exciting hobby or new interests!

Room

The shared flat is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in the heart of Heimfeld.
The bright room has approx. 9 square meters and is furnished. You can move in immediately, without the stress of moving in furniture. Just unpack your suitcases and move in.
The special thing about the shared flat is that there is not only enough space in the kitchen, but there is also a living room. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a small seating area. The living room has a cozy couch and a TV as well as a dining area.
The bathroom has a large window, a bathtub and enough space for the necessary utensils.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (WLAN) and telephone.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly beautiful location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connections are very good and the distances to the facilities for daily needs are short. Bakeries, pharmacies, doctors, banks etc. are in the immediate vicinity. For a big shopping trip, you can go to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you need to get out and about, you can reach recreational areas such as the "Heimfelder Forst" and "Meyers Park" in Heimfeld within a short distance of the apartment. By car or bike, you can reach the "Schwarze Berge" and the "Haake" in just a few minutes.

The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is directly opposite the house and takes you to Hamburg city center in just a few minutes.
