We are Leo and Karina.
Both working and in our free time we like to go out with friends. We are sporty and like to listen to music or meet with friends.

We don't want a community of convenience, but a nice living together with a new person who fits well together, is sympathetic and open-minded and has a healthy sense for cleanliness. A new person who might feel like cooking together or having a wine or beer and spending evenings together. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing must".

Room

The apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg Heimfeld.

The light-flooded room is about 14 square meters and offers, since it is unfurnished many possibilities to implement their own ideas for decorating. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and the washing machine and has a cozy sitting area. From here you can also access the balcony, which can be used by all residents. The bathroom invites you to relax in the bath and offers enough space for necessary utensils.

Service charges do not apply. They are like the access to TV, internet (WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip one drives to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you want to go out and relax, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.
