14 m² unfurnished shared room for 01.06. in Hamburg Heimfeld

Hello future flatmates,
We (Paul, Lisa, Laura, Kai and Anna) live in a lively and diverse flat share of 7 people and will soon have two furnished rooms available. Our current flat share consists of five open-minded people between the ages of 18 and 25. Most of us are students, whether Bachelor or Master. Our professions are very diverse and range from music and management to engineering and pharmacy.
Although we all have different interests, we enjoy spending a lot of time together. After our lectures or work, we often do something together either in the city or we stay in our cozy shared flat and cook, drink or play games. Yes, even during the week... We've even solved the odd university assignment together at the table. Good cooperation is very important to us!
We make sure that our common rooms are as clean as possible so that everyone enjoys using them. We do a variety of sports - whether it's bouldering, soccer or Pilates, everyone has their own preferences.
The entire house we live in has four other shared flats with whom we like to have barbecues in the backyard or meet up for other activities. Our former flatmates living in Hamburg are still very welcome and visit us regularly.
If you are open-minded, would like to stay with us for a longer period of time and would like to become part of our harmonious and active flat share, please write to us. Room

The flat-sharing community is located in the attic of an apartment building with its own garden, where all residents of the house like to meet. The bright room, which becomes free, is about 14 m² and can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs, as it is unfurnished. Getting ready, whether for work or the evening, is done in one of the 2 shower bathrooms. The large communal kitchen has a sitting area with TV to end the day together. To relax and unwind under the open sky, the private garden invites you. This can be used by all tenants of the house.

There is no need to worry about the service charges. They are included in the rent, as well as access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly beautiful location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connections are very good and the distances to the facilities for daily needs are short. Bakeries, pharmacies, doctors, banks etc. are in the immediate vicinity. For a big shopping trip, you can drive to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't fancy your own garden, you can reach recreational areas such as the "Heimfelder Forst" and "Meyers Park" in Heimfeld within a short distance of the apartment. By car you can reach the "Schwarze Berge" and the "Haake" in just a few minutes.

The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and takes you to Hamburg city center in just a few minutes.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months. You are also moving in alone and have no pets.
