We are Alexander (22) forwarding agent from Hamburg, Sophie (21) logistics specialist from Meppen, Madita (23) student from Cologne, Fernando (28) employee in the marketing department, Philip (27), student from Hof, Joanna (21), student from Bremerhaven and Konrad (20) from Lübeck.

We would be happy about open-minded and nice people. Although everyone does their own thing, mutual consideration is important to us. We all like to travel with our friends and discover the city. We are sporty, in which we like to hike, play football and squash or sail. Swim, run or go for a walk and we are happy if you also bring a few hobbies with you to the shared flat. We also like to sit together in our large kitchen, cook and drink one or the other beer or wine and organize game evenings. When the weather is nice, there is often a barbecue in the hotel's own garden with the entire house community or just sitting together.

Room

The shared flat is located in the attic of an apartment building with its own garden, where all the residents of the house like to meet. The bright room, which becomes free, is about 14 m2 in size and can be furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs, as it is unfurnished. Ready-made, whether for work or the evening, will be located in one of the 2 shower rooms. The large shared kitchen has a seating area with TV to end the day together. The private garden invites you to relax and unwind under the open sky. This can be used by all tenants of the house.

There is no need to worry about the additional costs. They are, as well as access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Landline flat) included in the rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly beautiful location, near the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which can be reached on foot.
The public transport connections are very good and the distances to the facilities for daily needs are short. Bakers, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are located in the immediate vicinity. For a big shopping trip you go to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like having your own garden, you can reach local recreation areas such as the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" from the apartment in Heimfeld on short paths. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.

The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and takes you in about 15 minutes, to the center of Hamburg.
