We are Isabella, Julia, Lois, Jan Ole, Niclas, Shreya and Miles.

In our free time we like to do sports, meet friends and explore Hamburg. Everyone does their own thing, but the kitchen is the place to be for cooking together or just chatting. We're always up for parties or chilling out together in our garden, even with residents from the other shared flats in the building ;-) The whole house is interconnected and everyone gets along very well.

There are no service charges. They are included in the rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat rate).

Room

The apartment, in which the offered room is located, is on the 1st floor of an apartment building, in a quiet street in Hamburg Heimfeld and extends over the entire floor. It is divided into 2 WGs, á 4 residents, with their own entrances, which share a large common room / kitchen / living room. This is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy sitting area, with TV.
Your room has about 9 sqm and since it is furnished, you have no 'furniture shopping stress' ;-) You can unpack your suitcases and live. The spacious bathroom with shower offers enough space for needed utensils.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are included in the rent, like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance,
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip you go to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you want to go out and relax, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.

If you feel that this suits you, and you are between 18 - 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months, then please send us your application. We do not accept pets and it is important to us that you move in alone.
