In our beautiful WG we have a room available on 01.01.22 and for this we are looking for you...

We are Hannah, a 22-year-old student from Darmstadt, Stefan, a 24-year-old student from Konstanz and Elise, a 25-year-old marketing employee from France.
We would be pleased to have sympathetic and open-minded people who have a healthy sense of cleanliness. Dishwasher and washing machine are of course available.
In our free time we meet friends, ride a bike, are at kickboxing training, dancing, drawing or reading. In addition, we are busy cooking or watching Netflix and also like to do it together.

Room

The 4 room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in a quiet street, in Hamburg Heimfeld, not far from the TUHH.
The vacated room is about 15 square meters and wonderfully bright.
Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs.

There are no additional costs. They are like access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Fixed-line flat) is included in the flat-rate rental.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly beautiful location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which can be reached on foot.
The public transport connections are very good and the distances to the facilities for daily needs are short. Bakers, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are located in the immediate vicinity. For a big shopping trip you go to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.
If you don't feel like having your own garden, you can reach local recreation areas such as the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" from the apartment in Heimfeld on short paths. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and takes you in about 15 minutes, to the center of Hamburg.
