This cozy 3-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building 🏢 – in a quiet location on a play street in Hamburg-Heimfeld 🚸🌳. The bright room is approx. 16 m² in size and is wonderfully flooded with daylight thanks to the large window ☀️✨. As it is unfurnished, you can furnish and decorate it according to your own ideas 🛋️ – there are no limits to your creativity! The modern fitted kitchen 🍽️ is equipped with a dishwasher 🧼 and a cozy seating area – perfect for shared meals or relaxed conversations ☕🍝. In the bathroom, you will find a shower and enough space for all your toiletries. And best of all: there are no additional costs! Internet (network + WiFi) are already included in the flat rent – everything is easy and stress-free!

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld ❤️ - in a particularly beautiful location, very close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg 🏙️ and the TUHH 🎓, which you can easily reach on foot 👟.

The public transport connections 🚆 are great, and everything you need for everyday life is just around the corner: bakery 🥐, pharmacy 💊, doctors 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️, banks 💳 - everything is there! The Phoenix Center 🛍️ in Harburg is waiting for you for your next shopping trip!
