We are Danny (21) and Marin (26).
In our free time we like to do sports like skating, yoga, basketball or just go for a walk.
We would be happy to meet an open-minded and likeable person with whom we can cook together and chat. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "anything goes but nothing is a must". Despite the open and friendly atmosphere, privacy is very important so that you can find time and space for yourself.

Room

The room is 16sqm, facing the play street and wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows.

Each room, as well as all other areas of the apartment, were freshly renovated in 2018, this includes:
- New flooring throughout the apartment.
- Walls newly papered and painted (white).
- Completely new kitchen.
- New bathroom
- Network, telephone and TV connection in each of the rooms, as well as wifi throughout the apartment.

Service charges are not incurred and are included in the flat rent. Likewise, access to TV, internet (WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) is included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip one drives to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you want to go out and relax, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Schwarzen Berge" and the "Haake" in a few minutes.

The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months. You are also moving in alone and have no pets.
