1 furnished room is becoming available in our lovely shared flat because Ahmet is moving out.

We are Jakob, Sven, Katrin, Laura and Theo and we are looking for you. We are a fun bunch of students and traditional employees. In our free time we like to be active in sports. The gym, ultimate frisbee, kung fu, video games, soccer and running are all on the agenda. Simply being out and about with friends, reading, listening to music or playing the piano, cooking and baking, photography and traveling the world are other things that interest us. Maybe you'll bring something completely different with you ;-)

Room

The apartment is about 96 sqm in total and is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building, in a quiet street very close to the TUHH, in Hamburg Heimfeld.
The 4 bright rooms are about 8 sqm and since they are furnished, there is no stress buying furniture. Just unpack your suitcases and live. The rooms are equipped with a bed, wardrobe, desk, lights, coat hooks, game gel.

The entire apartment, with integrated kitchen, and the bathrooms were extensively renovated and completed on 01.10.22.

The new fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, above an extractor hood and has a seating area in the form of a counter, where you can comfortably end the evening.
The bathroom is modern, simple and practical: shower corner and sink. That's all you need to freshen up. Should time be pressing, there is also a modern guest toilet.
The highlight of the shared apartment is the terrace, which is available to all residents and invites you to relax.

Additional service charges do not apply. They are, like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone with landline flat, included in the specified all-inclusive rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip one drives to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like having your own garden, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.

If you feel that this suits you, and you are between 18 - 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months, then please send us your application. We do not accept pets and it is important to us that you move in alone.
