Our roommate is moving out and we are looking for you !?!!? Nora and Julia, both 22 years old, are students and trainees as property managers. Our hobbies include playing football and watching motorsport. In addition, we are on the road musically and like to play sports. Our community is not a shared flat and is characterized by a nice coexistence. Therefore, we are looking for a sympathetic and open-minded person, with a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Room

The flat is located on the ground floor of an apartment building and has a large common room with kitchen. The light-flooded room is 14 m2 in size and can be furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs, as it is unfurnished. The house has a courtyard where all the residents of the entire house like to meet and spend time together, for example by having a barbecue ;-)

There is no need to worry about the incidentals. They are, like access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Landline flat) included in the rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly beautiful location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which can be reached on foot.
The public transport connections are very good and the distances to the facilities for daily needs are short. Bakers, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are located in the immediate vicinity. For a big shopping trip you go to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like having your own garden, you can reach local recreation areas such as the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" from the apartment in Heimfeld on short paths. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and takes you in a few minutes, to the city center of Hamburg.
