Moin to everyone. We will have two rooms at once, one furnished on 01.05. and one unfurnished on 01.07, free and we are looking for you...

We are a nice bunch of students and employees: Sarah (18), Paul (18), Henner (21), Jule (19), Cansel (22), and Joana (18).

In our free time we like to be active in sports and go to the gym, play football or just go for a walk. In good weather, the motorcycle is also sometimes carried out. But we also like to meet friends, go to parties and sometimes to the cinema. We are musical by composing and playing the piano. In addition, some people also like to read or watch Netflix. We like to cook in our large communal kitchen and sometimes sit together for a beer or two. In summer we like to have a barbecue in our garden behind the house where the landlord has built a cozy, covered seating area.
We do not want a community of purpose, but a nice coexistence of people who fit well together, are sympathetic and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. More members for this relaxed, funny, talkative and also somewhat adventurous WG. People who also feel like cooking together, drinking a wine or beer together and spending evenings together. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing has to". Despite the open and friendly way of dealing, privacy is very important in order to find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment in which the offered room is located is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, in a quiet street in Hamburg Heimfeld.
The apartment extends over the entire floor and is thus divided into 2 shared flats, á 4 residents, with their own entrances, which share a large common room / eat-in kitchen.
Your light-flooded room is about 13 square meters and since it is unfurnished, you can set it up according to your own wishes and needs.

The 8 rooms as well as the large common room with integrated kitchen and the 2 bathrooms were extensively renovated in March 2021.

You don't have to worry about the additional costs. They are, like access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Landline flat), included in the rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly beautiful location, near the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which can be reached on foot.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities for daily needs are short. Bakers, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are located in the immediate vicinity. For a big shopping trip, you drive to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like having your own backyard, you can reach local recreation areas such as the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" from the apartment in Heimfeld on short paths. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and will take you to the city center of Hamburg in a few minutes.
