Moin dear seekers. A room is available and we are looking for you ;-)

We are Alexander (22) forwarding agent from Hamburg, Sophie (21) logistics specialist from Meppen, Madita (23) student from Cologne, Fernando (28) employee in the marketing department, Philip (27), student from Hof and Joanna (21), student from Bremerhaven, are also moving in on 01.04.

We would be happy about open-minded and nice people. Although everyone does their own thing, mutual consideration is important to us. We all like to travel with our friends and discover the city. We are sporty, in which we like to hike, play football and squash. Swim, run or go for a walk and we are happy if you also bring a few hobbies with you to the shared flat. We also like to sit together in our large kitchen, cook and drink one or the other beer or wine and organize game evenings. When the weather is nice, there is often a barbecue in the hotel's own garden with the entire house community or just sitting together.

Room

The 7 room apartment is located in the attic of an old apartment building, in a quiet street, not far from the TUHH in Hamburg Heimfeld.

The attic was expanded and renovated at the beginning of last year. 'Your' room has about 16 square meters, is bright and flooded with light. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs. Ready-made, whether for work or the evening, will be located in one of the 2 shower rooms. The large shared kitchen has a seating area to end the day together. The apartment house's own garden invites you to relax and unwind under the open sky. This can be used by all tenants of the house.

You don't have to worry about the additional costs. They are, as well as access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Landline flat) included in the rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly beautiful location, near the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which can be reached on foot.
The public transport connections are very good and the distances to the facilities for daily needs are short. Bakers, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are located in the immediate vicinity. For a big shopping trip you go to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like having your own garden, you can reach local recreation areas such as the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" from the apartment in Heimfeld on short paths. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and takes you in about 15 minutes, to the center of Hamburg.
