Hi everyone, we have a room opening up!

We’re Lucca (22), Markenson (22), Alex (28), Aimée (18), Alexander (30), and Timon (21), and we’re looking for a roommate! In our free time, we enjoy being active, are interested in cars and music, draw, read, take photos, crochet, play video games, or hang out with friends 🎶. Since many of us aren’t from Hamburg, we enjoy exploring the city together and spend a lot of time with each other. We often hang out together in our big kitchen, cooking or just chatting 🍳.

There are other shared apartments in the building that we get along with well, and in the summer we love to use the barbecue hut in the garden 🌞.

We’re looking for a friendly and open-minded person who has a good sense of cleanliness 🧼. Maybe you’ll bring a hobby or two of your own, or join in on one of ours 🙂.

Bright Room in a Quiet Location in Hamburg Heimfeld 🌿

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building on a quiet residential street in Hamburg Heimfeld. The bright room is approximately 17 m² and offers plenty of natural light 🌞 through the large windows, so you’ll feel right at home. Since it’s unfurnished, you’ll have the opportunity to decorate the room exactly as you’d like 🛋️.

The modern built-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, an oven with a matching ceramic cooktop, and a cozy sitting area with a TV 📺. This way, you can not only prepare delicious meals but also spend a relaxing evening together. The bathroom has a shower 🚿 and offers plenty of space for your essentials.

You don’t have to worry about utility bills, as they’re already included in the flat-rate rent 💸. Access to TV, internet (wired & Wi-Fi), and phone service is also included.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly attractive area 🌿 – very close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, both of which are within easy walking distance.

Public transportation access is excellent 🚉, and everything you need for daily life is right around the corner: Bakeries, pharmacies, doctors, and banks are all within easy reach. For a full-scale shopping trip, you can drive to the nearby Phoenix Center 🛍️.

If you ever want to get out into nature 🌳, you’ll find beautiful recreational areas like the Heimfelder Forest or Meyers Park 🌲 just a short distance away. You can also reach the Schwarzen Berge and the Haake by car in just a few minutes.

The Hamburg-Heimfeld S-Bahn station is also within walking distance and takes you quickly and comfortably to downtown Hamburg 🚆✨.
