Hello to all seekers... A room is becoming available in our beautiful 3-person shared flat and we are looking for you...

We are Mohammad and Ikrom. We are both working and in our free time we like to do sports like boxing, badminton, traveling, hiking or cycling.
We don't want a partnership of convenience, but a nice life together with people who fit together well, are friendly and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Room

The apartment has a total of 78 square meters of living space and is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg Heimfeld.

The light-flooded room is approx. 18 sqm in size and as it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy seating area. The daylit bathroom invites you to relax in the bathtub and offers enough space for the utensils you need.

There are no further additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat rate).

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly beautiful location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connections are very good and the distances to the facilities for daily needs are short. Bakeries, pharmacies, doctors, banks etc. are in the immediate vicinity. For a big shopping trip, you can go to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you want to get out and relax, you can reach local recreation areas such as the "Heimfelder Forst" and "Meyers Park" within a short distance of the apartment. By car, you can reach the "Schwarze Berge" and the "Haake" in just a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and takes you to Hamburg city center in just a few minutes.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months. You are also moving in alone and have no pets.
