We are Claudia (28), Ibrahim (26), Henrik (21), Ricarda (22) and Mohnen (31) - a colorful mix of students and professionals. 🎓💼 In our free time, we like to explore the city and enjoy our time together.

In the evening, we like to meet up for a glass of wine 🍷 or a beer 🍺 in the kitchen, round off the day comfortably, order pizza 🍕 and watch Netflix 📺 together.

The atmosphere is totally casual and relaxed. At the same time, we respect privacy and give everyone the space they need. 🛋️✨

The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg Heimfeld 🌳🏠.

The bright room is approx. 9 sqm in size and is rented furnished 🛏️🪑📚 - bed, wardrobe and desk are already there. Just unpack your suitcase and feel at home! 🎒✨

The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a cozy seating area with TV 🍽️📺 - perfect for relaxed cooking and chill evenings.

There are 2 bathrooms, each with a shower 🚿 and enough space for your belongings 🧴🧼.

There's also a washing machine and dryer in the shared flat - super practical! 🧺⚡

All costs are already included in the rent 💸, including TV, internet (network & WLAN) 🌐📡.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld - in a really nice location, very close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which you can easily reach on foot 🎓🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️.

The connection to public transport is great 👍 and all the important everyday things, such as bakeries 🥐, pharmacies 💊, doctors 🏥 and banks 🏦, can be found right in the neighborhood. For a big shopping trip, head to the Phoenix Center in Harburg 🛍️.

If you want to get out and relax, you can easily reach local recreational areas such as the "Heimfelder Forst" 🌲🌳 and "Meyers Park" 🌿 - perfect for walks or outdoor sports! By car, you can reach the "Schwarze Bergen" or the 'Haake' 🚗🌄 in just a few minutes.

The Hamburg-Heimfeld S-Bahn station is also within walking distance 🚆 and takes you directly to Hamburg Central Station in around 20 minutes 🚉 - perfect for getting into the city center quickly! 🏙️
