Moin dear WG room seekers. In our WG a room becomes free and we are looking for you...

We are Ibrahim (23), Hendrik (18), Mohsen (28) and Franklina (20) and also from October, Hannah (21).
We are a motley crew of students and professionals and like to explore the city in our free time. We are not a purpose-built flat share! At the end of the day it happens that we meet for a glass of wine or a beer in the kitchen and let the day end, or order a pizza and watch Netflix together. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing must". Despite the open and friendly atmosphere, privacy is a top priority so that you can find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building, in a quiet street in Hamburg Heimfeld.
The bright room about 9 square meters and is rented furnished. Bed, wardrobe, desk - everything there. Just unpack your suitcase and live ;-)
The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a cozy sitting area with TV. There are 2 bathrooms, each with a shower and enough space for needed utensils. The WG is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

All expenses are included in the rent. Likewise, access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) is included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip one drives to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you want to go out and relax, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.
