We are Tim, Sarah and Amaar.

We are all working and would be happy to have a friendly and open-minded person who has a healthy sense of cleanliness.
In our free time we like to meet friends and travel the world. We also enjoy cooking, watching series on Netflix and playing video games together. We do sports like fitness and basketball. We are creative, do a lot of things ourselves, draw and write.
The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "anything goes but nothing is a must". Despite the open and friendly atmosphere, privacy is very important so that we can find time and space for ourselves.

Room

The 4 room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in a quiet street, in Hamburg Heimfeld, not far from the TUHH.

The vacant room is about 15 sqm and wonderfully bright.
Since it is furnished, nothing more needs to be invested in furnishings. Bed, wardrobe, desk, curtains, mirror, lamps etc. are all already there and you can start living right after unpacking your suitcase. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, large refrigerator and has a cozy sitting area with TV. The bathroom invites you to take a relaxing shower and offers enough space for your utensils to start the day fresh.

There are no additional costs. They are like the access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. landline flat) included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip you drive to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.
If you don't feel like having your own garden, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in about 15 minutes, in the center of Hamburg.
