We’re either working or studying, and we’re looking for a friendly, open-minded person who’s a good fit for us and wants to enjoy a relaxed shared-living experience.

In our free time, we like hanging out with friends, traveling a lot 🌍, cooking with passion 🍝, watching shows on Netflix 📺, and sometimes gaming together 🎮
We also make sure to stay active—whether at the gym or playing basketball 🏀
We’re also creative: we love to draw and write.

Our shared apartment atmosphere is laid-back and warm—true to the motto: “Everything is possible, nothing is mandatory.” We enjoy spending time together, but privacy and having our own space are just as important to us.

The 4-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building on a quiet street in Hamburg-Heimfeld, just a few minutes from TUHH—ideal for students or working professionals.

The room that’s becoming available is 15 m² in size, bright, and already fully furnished: bed, closet, desk, mirror, curtains, lamps—everything is already there. 🛏️
All you have to do is unpack your things and you can move in right away!

The built-in kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a cozy sitting area with a TV—perfect for cooking together or watching TV shows in the evening. 🍽️

The bathroom offers plenty of space, and its shower ensures a pleasant start to the day 🚿

✅ Utility bills? No problem!
TV, internet (Wi-Fi & Ethernet), and all utility bills are already included in the flat-rate rent—no hidden costs.

Central and green – Living in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld 🌳

The apartment is located in the heart of Heimfeld, a charming neighborhood in southern Hamburg—near the TUHH and the center of Hamburg-Harburg, both of which are within easy walking distance.

Public transportation connections are excellent: The Hamburg-Heimfeld S-Bahn station (S3/S31) is just a few minutes’ walk away. From there, you can reach:

Hamburg Central Station in about 15 minutes
the Landungsbrücken (Elbe River & Harbor) in about 18 minutes
at the Reeperbahn in about 20 minutes
Bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors, and banks are right around the corner—all within easy walking distance. For bigger shopping trips, you can reach the Phoenix Center Harburg in just a few minutes 🛍️
If you need some fresh air, the Heimfelder Forest and Meyers Park are right nearby. By bike or car, you can also quickly reach beautiful destinations like the Schwarzen Berge or the Haake 🌲
