We are Tim (22), Sarah (24) will move in August and Dahir (26).

We are all working and would love to meet a friendly and outgoing person who has a healthy sense of cleanliness.
In our free time we like to meet friends and travel around the world. In addition, we are busy cooking or watching series on Netflix, playing video games and that we also like to do together sometimes. Sporty we are at fitness and basketball. We are creative, do a lot ourselves, draw and write.
The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing must". Privacy is very important, despite the open and friendly atmosphere, in order to find time and space for ourselves.

Room

The 4 room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in a quiet street, in Hamburg Heimfeld, not far from the TUHH.

The vacant room is about 15 sqm and wonderfully bright.
Since it is furnished, nothing more needs to be invested in furnishings. Bed, wardrobe, desk, curtains, mirror, lamps etc. are all already there and you can start living right after unpacking your suitcase. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, large refrigerator and has a cozy sitting area with TV. The bathroom invites you to take a relaxing shower and offers enough space for your utensils to start the day fresh.

There are no additional costs. They are like the access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. landline flat) included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip you drive to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.
If you don't feel like having your own garden, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in about 15 minutes, in the center of Hamburg.

You have the feeling that could fit, would like to stay at least 6 months and want to move in alone, without pets.
