We’re Piermarco (24), Maximilian (29), and Tabea (27), and we’re looking for you! We’re a diverse mix of students and regular office workers. In our free time, we like to stay active—the gym, martial arts, swimming, and running are regular parts of our routine
🥏. But spending time with friends, reading, painting, drawing, visiting museums, listening to music, and traveling the world are also among our passions 🎶.

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet apartment building in Hamburg-Heimfeld—just a few minutes’ walk from the TUHH.

Since the 11.5 m² room is unfurnished, you can furnish and decorate it exactly as you wish and according to your needs.

The modern built-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, and an exhaust hood 🍳. The bathroom is simple, practical, and modern—with a shower stall and a sink 🚿. If you need to use the restroom quickly, a modern guest bathroom is also available.

The highlight of the shared apartment is definitely the terrace, which is available to all residents and invites you to relax 🌞.

There are no additional utility costs—these, along with access to TV and the internet (wired & Wi-Fi), are already included in the flat-rate rent 📶.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld 🌳 in a really nice location, very close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg. The TUHH is even just a few minutes' walk away.
Everything you need for everyday life is just around the corner: bakery, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. 🏪. If you don't fancy your own garden, you can reach the local recreation areas Heimfelder Forst and Meyers Park 🌿 in just a few minutes.

S-Bahn Hamburg-Heimfeld (within walking distance) takes you in a few minutes:
to Hamburg city center 🏙️ (approx. 15-20 min.)
to Harburg center / Harburg town hall 🛍️ (approx. 5-10 min.)
to Wilhelmsburg / Veddel / HafenCity ⚓ (approx. 15-25 min.)

If you feel like you’d be a good fit for us, are between 18 and 32 years old, and would like to live in the shared apartment for at least 6 months, we look forward to hearing from you! 🏡
