Three rooms are becoming available in our shared flat and we are looking for you!

We are Jakob (25), Tabea (25), Eva (20), Eva (23) and Akshaykumar (26). We are a bunch of students and traditional employees. In our free time we like to be active in sports. The gym, ultimate frisbee, kung fu, video games, soccer and running are all on the agenda. Simply being out and about with friends, reading, listening to music and traveling the world are the other things that interest us.
Maybe you'll bring something else with you ;-)

Room

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building and has 6 rooms spread over around 96 square meters of living space in a quiet street in Hamburg Heimfeld. Very close to the TUHH.

The room is wonderfully flooded with light and has a living space of approx. 12 sqm. As it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and decorated entirely according to your own wishes and needs.
The entire apartment, with integrated kitchen, and the bathrooms were extensively renovated in October 2022.
The kitchen is in a classic style in light gray/white, with a ceramic hob with matching extractor hood, refrigerator with large freezer compartment, dishwasher and a cozy seating area in the form of a counter. The bathroom is modern, simple and practical: shower area and washbasin. That's all you need to freshen up. If time is of the essence, there is also a modern guest WC.
The highlight for the summer is the terrace, which is available to all residents and invites you to relax.

There are no additional service charges. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN).

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly beautiful location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg. The TUHH can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.
The public transport connections are very good. Bakeries, pharmacies, doctors, banks etc. are in the immediate vicinity. For a big shopping trip, you can drive to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't fancy your own garden, you can reach recreational areas such as the "Heimfelder Forst" and "Meyers Park" in Heimfeld within a short distance of the apartment. By car, you can reach the "Schwarze Berge" and the "Haake" in just a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and takes you to Hamburg city center in just a few minutes.

If you feel that this suits you and you are between 18 - 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months, then please apply to us. We do not accept pets and it is important to us that you move in alone.
