A room is available here—we are looking for you! 😊 We are Juliana (23), Tabea (27), Sharon-Ann (24), Anna (20), and Maximilian (28), and we are looking for you! We are a colorful mix of students and traditional employees. In our free time, we enjoy being active – going to the gym, practicing martial arts, swimming, or running are all part of our regular routine. But spending time with friends, reading, painting, drawing, visiting museums, listening to music, and traveling the world are also among our passions 🌍🎶🎨.

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet apartment building in Hamburg-Heimfeld, just a few minutes' walk from the TUHH. As the 11.5 m² room is unfurnished, it can be furnished and decorated according to your own wishes and needs.

The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven with ceramic hob, and an extractor hood. The bathroom is simple, practical, and modern – with a shower corner and a sink. If you need to use the bathroom quickly, there is also a modern guest toilet available 🚻. The highlight of the shared apartment is definitely the terrace, which is available to all residents and invites you to relax 🌞.

There are no additional utilities – these, as well as access to TV and internet (network & WiFi), are already included in the flat rate rent 💸📶.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld 🌳 in a really nice location, very close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg. The TUHH is even just a few minutes' walk away.
Everything you need for everyday life is just around the corner: bakery, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. 🏪. If you don't fancy your own garden, you can reach the local recreation areas Heimfelder Forst and Meyers Park 🌿 in just a few minutes.

S-Bahn Hamburg-Heimfeld (within walking distance) takes you in a few minutes:
to Hamburg city center 🏙️ (approx. 15-20 min.)
to Harburg center / Harburg town hall 🛍️ (approx. 5-10 min.)
to Wilhelmsburg / Veddel / HafenCity ⚓ (approx. 15-25 min.)
