Jakob (23) has already decided and would like to have another 5 roommates. There are 4 furnished rooms to choose from for 619,- monthly rent and one unfurnished room for 639,- monthly rent.

Our goal is that it does not become a community of purpose, but we wish a nice coexistence of people who fit well together, are sympathetic and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Maybe you will also bring someone directly with you who still wants to move in, no problem at all ;-)

Room

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building and has 6 rooms, which are spread over about 96 square meters of living space, in a quiet street in Hamburg Heimfeld. Very close to the TUHH.

The room is wonderfully flooded with light and has a living area of about 14 sqm. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs.
The entire apartment, with an integrated kitchen, and the bathrooms were extensively renovated in October 2022.
The kitchen in a classic style in light gray / white, with a ceramic hob with an associated extractor hood, a refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, as well as a dishwasher and a cozy seating area in the form of a counter. The bathroom is modern, simple and practical: shower corner and washbasin. That's all you need to freshen up. Should time be pressing, a modern guest toilet is also available.
The highlight for the summer is the terrace, which is available to all residents and invites you to relax.

There are no additional additional costs. They, like access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone with fixed-line flat, are included in the indicated flat-rate rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly beautiful location, near the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which can be reached on foot.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities for daily needs are short. Bakers, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are located in the immediate vicinity. For a big shopping trip, you drive to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like having your own garden, you can reach local recreation areas such as the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" from the apartment in Heimfeld on short paths. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and will take you to the city center of Hamburg in a few minutes.
