We are Jakob (25), Tabea (25) and Akshaykumar (26) and are looking for two new flatmates! We are a colorful mix of students and traditional employees. In our free time we like to be active in sports - gym, ultimate frisbee, kung fu, soccer or running are regularly on the program 🏋️‍♀️🥏⚽🏃‍♂️. But spending time with friends, reading, painting, drawing, visiting museums, listening to music and traveling the world are also among our passions 🌍🎶🎨.

Beautiful furnished room in Hamburg Heimfeld 🌿

The apartment is approx. 96 square meters in size and is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building in a quiet street, very close to the TUHH in Hamburg Heimfeld. The room is already furnished and equipped with a bed, wardrobe, desk, lights, coat hooks and mirror - so you can move in straight away and feel at home 🛏️💼.

The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven with ceramic hob and an extractor hood 🍳. The bathroom is simple, practical and modern - with a shower area and a washbasin 🚿. There is also a modern guest WC available should you need it more quickly 🚻.

The highlight of the shared flat is definitely the terrace, which is available to all residents and invites you to relax 🌞.

There are no additional service charges - these and access to TV and internet (network & WLAN) are already included in the all-inclusive rent 💸📶.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly beautiful location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg. The TUHH can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.
The public transport connections are very good. Bakeries, pharmacies, doctors, banks etc. are in the immediate vicinity. For a big shopping trip, you can drive to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't fancy your own garden, you can reach recreational areas such as the "Heimfelder Forst" and "Meyers Park" in Heimfeld within a short distance of the apartment. By car, you can reach the "Schwarze Berge" and the "Haake" in just a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and takes you to Hamburg city center in just a few minutes.
