A room has become available in our shared flat and we are looking for you...

We are Mika, Oleksii, Yunusemre, Finn and Nikhil. We are students or work and in our free time we are active in sports, like to read, travel, cook, meet friends and enjoy life.
Unfortunately, due to our living conditions and our different working and study schedules, we hardly manage to do anything together. In our free time, we are usually on our own and chatting in the kitchen is therefore a rare occurrence.

Room

The apartment in which the shared apartment and the offered room is located, is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building, in a quiet street very close to the TUHH, in Hamburg Heimfeld.
The room is flooded with light and has a living area of about 14 square meters. Since it is unfurnished, you can furnish and design it entirely according to your own wishes and needs. The highlight of the house the garden, which is also available and invites you to relax or barbecue. In the fitted kitchen there is a dishwasher, a side by side refrigerator and a counter at which you can comfortably end the evening.
The bathroom is practical and equipped with shower. That's all you need to freshen up.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as well as access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip one drives to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like having your own garden, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.
