Hi everyone ☀️ We are Charlotte (26, social worker) and Karolina (23, student). In our free time, you can often find us at the gym 💪, out and about with friends 🥂, and listening to music, which is one of our biggest hobbies 🎶

We are looking for a roommate who has a good sense of order and cleanliness 🧼✨ and is interested in a relaxed, harmonious living situation. Cooking together 🍝, enjoying a glass of wine or beer 🍷🍺 from time to time, and cozy evenings together are simply part of our lifestyle.

We like a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, but privacy and space to retreat are just as important to us 🚪 – everyone should be able to take time for themselves. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you! 💌✨

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in beautiful Hamburg-Heimfeld – only about a 5-minute walk from the TUHH 📚.

Your future room is approx. 15 m² in size, has two windows and is therefore very bright and friendly 🌞 It has laminate flooring and is unfurnished, so you can design and furnish it according to your own ideas 🛋️.

The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, ceramic hob with extractor hood, and a large refrigerator with freezer compartment are all included. There is also a cozy sitting area for eating or chatting together. From the kitchen, you have direct access to the balcony—perfect for a little break in between! 😌🌤️ The bathroom is spacious, has a window, and invites you to relax in the shower or bath 🛁🚿.

And best of all: there are no additional utilities! 🙌 TV, internet (network & WiFi) 📺💻📱, and telephone 📞 are already included in the flat rent – so everything is included, all set! ✅

The apartment is in a particularly beautiful and quiet location, just a 5-minute walk from the Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH) 📚 - ideal for students or professionals in the field of research and technology.

The center of Hamburg-Harburg is also very close by, with many shopping facilities, cafés and the popular Phoenix-Center 🛍️☕. Everything you need for your daily needs - bakeries, pharmacies, doctors, banks and more - is just around the corner 🥐💊🏦.
