We’re Charlotte (26, social worker) and Nina (23, student). In our free time, you’ll often find us at the gym 💪, out and about with friends 🥂, and listening to music is one of our biggest hobbies 🎶

We’re looking for a roommate who has a good sense of organization and cleanliness 🧼✨ and is interested in a relaxed, harmonious living situation. Cooking together 🍝, enjoying a glass of wine or a beer every now and then 🍷, and spending cozy evenings together are just part of our lifestyle.

We like things to be laid-back and friendly, but privacy and space to be alone are just as important to us—everyone should be able to take some time for themselves now and then.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in beautiful Hamburg-Heimfeld—just about a 5-minute walk from the TUHH. 📚

Your future room is 15 m² in size, has two windows, and is therefore very bright and welcoming 🌞 It has laminate flooring and is unfurnished, so you can decorate and furnish it exactly as you like. 🛋️

The kitchen is fully equipped 🍽️: a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic stove with an exhaust hood, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment are all included. There’s also a cozy seating area for eating together or chatting. ☕ From the kitchen, you have direct access to the balcony—perfect for a quick break in between! 😌

The bathroom is spacious, has a window, and is perfect for a relaxing shower or bath. 🚿

And best of all: there are no additional utility costs! TV, internet (wired & Wi-Fi) 💻, and phone service are already included in the flat-rate rent—so everything’s covered, no questions asked! ✅

The apartment is located in a particularly beautiful and quiet area, just about a 5-minute walk from the Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH) 📚—ideal for students or professionals working in research and technology.

The center of Hamburg-Harburg is also very close by, with plenty of shopping options, cafés, and the popular Phoenix Center ☕. Everything you need for daily life—a bakery, pharmacy, doctors, banks, and more—is right around the corner 🥐.

If you’re in the mood for nature, you can either enjoy the building’s own garden or immerse yourself in Heimfeld’s green oasis within just a few minutes—with the Heimfeld Forest and Meyers Park just a short walk away 🌲
