We are interested in martial arts or organize game evenings if we don't feel like watching a movie. We are looking forward to another member for this relaxed, funny, talkative and also somewhat adventurous WG. A person who has a healthy sense of cleanliness and also a desire to cook together and have a wine or beer together and spend evenings together. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing has to". Despite the open and friendly way of dealing, privacy is very important in order to find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building, in a quiet street in Heimfeld.
The light-flooded room is about 15 square meters in size and, since it is unfurnished, can be furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob with associated extractor hood and a large refrigerator with freezer compartment and has a cozy sitting area. In addition, from here you can step on the balcony, which can be used by all residents. The large bathroom has a window and invites you to take a relaxing bath or shower.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the package rent, as is access to the telephone, TV and Internet.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly beautiful location, near the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which can be reached on foot.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities for daily needs are short. Bakers, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are located in the immediate vicinity. For a big shopping trip, you drive to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like having your own garden, you can reach local recreation areas such as the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" from the apartment in Heimfeld on short paths. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and will take you to the city center of Hamburg in a few minutes.
