These are Julia and Pauline - and there will be another room next to yours available in January. 🏡

Julia is also moving in in November to start her Master's degree in Media Studies. 🎓✨
In her free time, she does pretty much anything she feels like doing: she plays the piano (sometimes more, sometimes less) 🎹, regularly starts new knitting projects from the fall - socks in 90% of cases 🧦😄 - and loves cooking and baking. She is also sporty and is always trying out new activities. 💪🍪

Pauline is a psychotherapist and works in Stade, which is why she is often out and about during the week. When she has time off, she likes to play volleyball or go to yoga 🏐🧘‍♀️, is passionate about cooking and spends a lot of time with friends at the weekend - sometimes in Hamburg, sometimes everywhere else. ✨
She starts creative craft projects full of enthusiasm... and usually abandons them just as enthusiastically after a week.

We're all in our mid-20s and, as you can see, we have very different everyday rhythms. Nevertheless, we'd like to have a communal flat share where we can sit together in the kitchen ☕🗨️, cook together 🍝, watch movies 🎬, have a drink 🍻 or just do whatever we feel like doing - just as we like it. 🤗

So we are not a purpose-built flat share and are happy to have someone who likes to share their everyday life with their flatmates. 💛🏠

Room

Architecturally, there is really nothing to complain about here: Pure old building charm with high ceilings and beautiful real wood floorboards. 🏡

The room is flooded with light, around 18 m² in size and unfurnished - so you can furnish it however you like. 🌞🛋️

Otherwise, everything you need is there:
A large shared kitchen with dishwasher 🍽️, a washing machine 🧺 and enough space for cozy shared flat moments.

There is no private parking space for your car, but you can always find a parking space in front of the house without any problems. 🚗

As the apartment is on the mezzanine floor, we have a small balcony that leads directly off the kitchen and belongs exclusively to our flat share. 🌿☕ From there, you can access a garden that is used by the whole house - perfect for fresh air and short breaks. 🌳✨

There is also a small cellar compartment for temporary storage. 📦

✅ Additional costs? None at all! They are already included in the all-inclusive rent
TV & WLAN are of course also included 📺📶

Location

The connection is really great! 🚍

There's a bus stop right outside the front door - you can be at the main train station in just 25 minutes and in Harburg city center in 15 minutes. 🏙️⏱️

You can reach the TUHH on foot in about 20 minutes or comfortably by bus in about 5 minutes. 🎓

Daily shopping is taken care of: a well-stocked Edeka is only 5 minutes away 🛒🍏 and in the other direction you can also reach Budni in 5 minutes. 😊

It's about 1 minute to the nearest bar when you're sober 🍻😄 - probably 3 minutes when you're drunk.

And if you need complete peace and quiet with a hangover, you can walk to the Harburg mountains in just 7 minutes. 🌲

If you feel that this is a good fit for you 😊, are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live with us for at least 6 months - great!

You should move in alone (i.e. without a roommate or pet 🐶🐱🚫).
