Hi everyone! A room is becoming available in our shared flat - maybe just for you?

We are Stefanie (28), Patrick (32), Pauline (26) and Valentin (25) - an open-minded flat share with a wide range of interests. When we're not working, we enjoy sports, music, dancing, reading and painting in our free time.

👩‍🍳 Cooking & eating together is standard for us - we share food and other consumables in a balanced ratio.
🏀 We like to play table tennis, basketball, go jogging or for a walk and cycle together.
🎵 Music plays a big role for us - we create and record hip-hop tracks, enjoy having visitors and go on excursions together, e.g. hiking in the Harz mountains.
🎮 In the evenings, we often play a round of Mario Kart or enjoy a series or movie.

Please note: Our walls are brightly lit - so you shouldn't have a problem with hearing the noise of life in the shared flat.

Room

The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a beautiful old villa in Hamburg Heimfeld.

The vacant room is approx. 18 sqm in size and impresses with high ceilings, stucco and floorboards, making it particularly bright and inviting.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy seating area - the highlight: from here you can access the balcony, which offers direct access to the garden.

The bathroom invites you to relax with a bathtub, and there is also a guest WC.

✅ There are no service charges - they are already included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, internet (WiFi)

Location

Heimfeld is versatile - from quiet houses on the edge of the forest to stylish city villas. Everything you need for everyday life is just around the corner: supermarkets, bakeries & drugstores - all within walking distance 🛒🥐🧼

For larger shopping trips, head to the Phoenix Center or the weekly market "Am Sand" (open Mon-Sat) 🛍️🍎

You are also well connected: The bus stop Eißendorfer Pferdeweg 🚏 is almost right outside the door and takes you to Harburg station in approx. 14 minutes 🚆 - with connections to long-distance trains & S-Bahn.
The TUHH or Heimfeld S-Bahn station are only 3 minutes away by bus or approx. 10 minutes on foot 👣🎓
And in about 20 minutes you are in Hamburg city center! 🌆🚄

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months.
