A room is becoming available in our shared flat - maybe just for you? 🏡

Pauline is a psychotherapist and works in Stade, so she's away a lot during the week because of the commute.

Julia is a student, likes to bake and plays the piano in her free time.

We are all somewhere between 22 and 33 and, as you can see, we all have slightly different everyday lives. But we still like to sit together in the kitchen in between 🍝, cook together, watch a movie 🎬 or go out for a drink 🍻 - whatever comes to mind.

So we're not a purpose-built flat share and would be happy to have someone who also wants to share their everyday life with their flatmates 🤗.

Room

The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a beautiful old villa in Hamburg-Heimfeld 🏡✨

The vacant room (approx. 18 sqm) impresses with high ceilings, stucco and floorboards - making it particularly bright & inviting.

In the kitchen you will not only find a dishwasher 🍽️, but also a cozy seating area ☕🥐 - the highlight: from here you can go directly to the balcony 🌸, which offers access to the garden 🌷

The bathroom invites you to relax with a bathtub 🛁 - there is also a guest WC.

✅ Additional costs? None at all! They are already included in the all-inclusive rent
TV & WLAN are of course also included 📺📶

Location

Heimfeld is versatile - from quiet houses on the edge of the forest to stylish city villas. Everything you need for everyday life is just around the corner: supermarkets, bakeries & drugstores - all within walking distance 🛒🥐🧼

For larger shopping trips, head to the Phoenix Center or the weekly market "Am Sand" (open Mon-Sat) 🛍️🍎

You are also well connected: The bus stop Eißendorfer Pferdeweg 🚏 is almost right outside the door and takes you to Harburg station in approx. 14 minutes 🚆 - with connections to long-distance trains & S-Bahn.
The TUHH or Heimfeld S-Bahn station are only 3 minutes away by bus or approx. 10 minutes on foot 👣🎓
And in about 20 minutes you are in Hamburg city center! 🌆🚄
