Furnished 10 sqm room in a nice shared flat for 7 people to 01.11. in Hamburg Heimfeld

Moin dear seekers. With us a room becomes free and we are looking for you ;-)

We are Anna (24) and Paul (19) who move in October, Dana-Marie (22), Lukas (25), Laura (22) and Lisa (19) who moves in September.

We would be happy to have open-minded and nice people. Everyone does his or her own thing, but mutual consideration is important to us. We all like to be out with our friends and discover the city. We are sporty in that we like snowboarding, wakeboarding, surfing, windsurfing, bouldering, playing soccer and basketball or sailing. Take pictures, read, dance or sing and are happy if you also bring some hobbies to the WG. We are a bunch of students and employees, like to sit together in our big kitchen, cook and drink the one or other beer or wine and organize game nights. When the weather is nice, we often have a barbecue in our own garden or just sit together.

Room

The 7 room apartment is located in the attic of an old multi-family house, in a quiet street, not far from the TUHH in Hamburg Heimfeld.
The room has about 10 sqm, is bright and flooded with light. Since it is furnished, there is no stress buying furniture. Just unpack your suitcases and live ;-) Get ready, whether for work or the evening, is in one of the 2 shower bathrooms. The large communal kitchen, equipped with refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, as well as oven with ceramic hob with matching extractor hood, has a large seating area to end the day together. To relax and unwind under the open sky, invites the own garden, the apartment house. This can be used by all tenants of the house.

You do not have to worry about the service charges. They are included in the rent, as well as access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip one drives to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like having your own garden, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Schwarzen Berge" and the "Haake" in a few minutes.

The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in about 15 minutes, in the center of Hamburg.
