Hello everyone! We have a room available!

We are Rouven (21), Daniel (20), Fynn (21), Dominik (30), Jakob (18) and Latif (19). In our free time, we like to do sports, go to the gym, play soccer or just go for a walk ⚽🏃‍♂️. But we also like to meet up with friends, go partying, to the movies or relax with Netflix 🎬. Some of us also enjoy reading or being creative, and we love cooking together 🍝🎨. Activities such as volleyball, hiking, dancing, rowing, jogging and cycling are also always popular with us 🚴‍♂️🏐.

It is divided into two shared flats with 4 residents each, which each have their own entrances but share a large communal room/kitchen. This is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy sitting area with TV, perfect for evenings together 🍿📺.

Your room is approx. 9 m². It's already furnished, so you don't have to stress about buying furniture 😉 - just unpack your suitcases and off you go! A shower room is available for your morning ritual or getting ready for the evening 🚿.

You don't have to worry about utilities, as these - as well as access to TV, internet (network & WLAN) - are already included in the rent 💸📶.
