Hello to all. We have a room available and we are looking for you....

We are a nice bunch of students and workers: Ruven, Henner, Fynn (moves in on 01.10.), Nico, Cansel, Eva and Joana.

In our free time we like to do sports and go to the gym, play soccer or just go for a walk. When the weather is nice, we also take the motorcycle out for a ride. But we also like to meet friends, go partying and sometimes to the movies. We are musical by composing and playing the piano. In addition, one or the other also likes to read or watch Netflix. We like to cook in our big communal kitchen and sometimes sit together for a beer or two. In the summer we like to barbecue in our garden behind the house where the landlord has built a cozy, covered seating area.
We don't want a community of convenience, but a nice living together of people who fit well together, are sympathetic and open-minded, as all WGs of the house act together and have a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Room

The apartment, in which the offered room is located, is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, in a quiet street in Hamburg Heimfeld and extends over the entire floor. It is divided into 2 WGs, á 4 residents, with their own entrances, which share a large common room / kitchen / living room. This is equipped with an oven with matching ceramic hob, dishwasher and large refrigerator with freezer compartment and has a cozy sitting area, with TV.
Your room has about 9 square meters and since it is furnished, you have no 'furniture shopping stress' ;-) You can unpack your suitcases and live. The spacious bathroom is bright, modern and practical, with shower and washbasin it offers everything you need to start fresh in the day.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are included in the rent, just like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip one drives to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like going to your own backyard, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.
