The apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained apartment building on a quiet street in Hamburg-Heimfeld and is just a few minutes away from the TUHH. 🎓

The room is 13 m² and is being rented unfurnished, so you can furnish it entirely to your own style and make it cozy. 🛏️

Thanks to its practical, rectangular layout, you can make the most of the space—whether you want to create a cozy nook or a nice workspace. ☀️

The modern built-in kitchen is perfect for cooking, eating, and chatting together, and is equipped with a refrigerator that includes a freezer compartment as well as a cozy dining area. 🍝

🛁 The bathroom features a bathtub where you can relax wonderfully after a long day.

Everything you need on a daily basis is super convenient—bakeries, pharmacies, doctors’ offices, and banks are right in the neighborhood. For a bigger shopping trip 🛍️, head to the Phoenix Center Harburg, just a few minutes away!

🌳 Relaxation right on your doorstep!
If you ever want to get out into nature, you can easily walk to the Heimfelder Forest and Meyers Park.

By car, you can also quickly reach the Schwarzen Bergen or the Haake—ideal for walking, jogging, or simply unwinding.
