The apartment is located on the first floor of a small street in Hamburg Heimfeld, very close to the TUHH.

The two bright rooms are approx. 13 square meters in size and are rented unfurnished. This means that you can furnish them as you wish. Thanks to the practical, rectangular layout, small oases of well-being can be created here. In the fitted kitchen you can prepare delicious meals together, it includes a fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. The modern bathroom invites you to relax in the bathtub.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN)

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly beautiful location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connections are very good and the distances to the facilities for daily needs are short. Bakeries, pharmacies, doctors, banks etc. are in the immediate vicinity. For a big shopping trip, you can go to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you want to get out and relax, you can reach local recreation areas such as the "Heimfelder Forst" and "Meyers Park" within a short distance of the apartment. By car, you can reach the "Schwarze Berge" and the "Haake" in just a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and takes you to Hamburg city center in just a few minutes.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months. You are also moving in alone and have no pets.
