Hello dear seekers... In our shared apartment two rooms become free and we are looking for you...

We are Lucas (26), Athanasios (28) and Abbaz (24). We are all doing our jobs and in our free time we like to do sports. Gym and soccer are on our agenda. But we are also creative by taking pictures. We cook and bake, meet friends and / or watch Netflix.

We do not want to become a community of convenience, but would like a nice cohabitation of people who fit well together, are personable, open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. More members for this relaxed, fun, talkative and also somewhat adventurous WG. People who also feel like cooking together sometimes have a wine or beer together and spend evenings together. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing must". Privacy is important despite the open and friendly approach to find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful old multi-family house in Hamburg Heimfeld, near the TUHH.
The light-flooded room is about 14 sqm and is wonderfully bright through the large window. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy sitting area with TV. In the spacious shower room with window, there is enough space for needed utensils. There is also a small guest toilet.

Service charges do not apply. They are like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip one drives to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like living in your own four walls, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" from the apartment on short ways. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.
