Room available in our shared apartment! 😊

We are Isabella (25), Felix (19), Niclas (27), Alexander (23), Sharina (23), Robin (23), and Jan Ole (26), and a room is opening up in our shared apartment🏡✨In our free time, we enjoy being active (at the gym, swimming, playing soccer or basketball), learning new languages, drawing, reading, taking photos, playing video games, or hanging out with friends 🎨🎮🎶. Since many of us aren’t from Hamburg, we enjoy exploring the city together and spending a lot of time with each other. We often hang out in our big kitchen, cooking or chatting 🍳🗣️.

There are other shared apartments in the building that we get along well with, and in the summer we love using the barbecue hut in the garden 🍖🌞.

We’re looking for a friendly and open-minded person who has a good sense of cleanliness 🧼. Maybe you’ll bring a hobby or two of your own, or join in on one of ours 🙂.

Bright Room in Hamburg-Heimfeld

The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in Hamburg-Heimfeld. The room, which is approximately 9 m², is fully furnished—you can move in right away without having to worry about furniture.

The modern built-in kitchen features a dishwasher, a cozy sitting area, and a TV 📺🍽️. The bathroom is equipped with a shower 🚿 and offers plenty of space for all your essentials.

There are no additional fees—they are already included in the rent 💸, as is access to TV, internet (wired & Wi-Fi) 📶📞.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld - in a particularly beautiful and quiet location, just a few minutes' walk from the center of Harburg and the TUHH 🏫.
Thanks to the nearby Hamburg-Heimfeld S-Bahn station, you can be in the heart of Hamburg city center in just a few minutes 🚉.

Everything is also within easy reach in everyday life: Bakers, pharmacies, doctors, banks and many other facilities for your daily needs are just around the corner. For larger purchases or a shopping trip, the Phoenix-Center in Harburg is not far away 🛍️.

If you're looking for some nature and relaxation, you've come to the right place: Heimfelder Forst and Meyers Park are just a stroll away 🌳. And if you fancy even more nature, the Schwarze Berge or the Haake are just a short drive away - perfect for switching off!

And the best thing is: if you don't feel like going on an excursion - the hotel's own garden is also perfect for relaxing 🌼.
